The Company
Clinard Construction Management was incorporated in Arkansas in February of 1996. CCMI specializes in commercial construction management, commercial and industrial general construction on which the company teams with a vast array of subcontractors and design professionals. CCMI is a family business and strives to maintain a working environment in which every employee is valued and has the same commitment to excellence and quality construction held by the company owners.

Clinard Construction Management has one goal: to build high quality, functional buildings at a fair price. No matter the size, each client is guaranteed a job well done every time. Clinard Construction Management will complete the task given to us while maintaining a strong bond of trust and friendship with clients and employees. CCMI employees, design team and subcontractors all maintain our commitment by giving each client, service above and beyond their expectations. The management team at CCMI provides its customer’s all-inclusive advice and planning from land acquisition to occupancy of a new facility.
The Experience
Clinard Construction Management President and owner is Mark Clinard. Mr. Clinard became President in January, 2011, after serving as Vice-President since 1999. Mark has over 30 years of construction experience in general construction and construction management with experience in the construction of over 150 projects in the Northwest Arkansas area and additional projects in Oklahoma, Missouri and California. Clinard Construction Management is staffed with experienced project managers, superintendents and skilled labor who all combine to have multiple years of experience in estimating, budget projections, jobsite control, safety, contracting and project management. The backbone of our company is the experience that each employee brings to the job and with that experience comes an exceptional project.
